Soccer begins!

Matthew had his first soccer practice this past Saturday.

He did GREAT! As you can see he was VERY focused. But by the end of the hour, he was tired and ready for ice cream!

He is #96.

Keeping Busy...

Boys are keeping us busy. Everything from hockey to baking to legos! They love it all.

New Years 2012!

Well..... it was off to a good start. We had dinner out and celebrated the "London" New Year at 7pm. Everyone was in pretty good spirits until....

The next morning when we had to take Nathan to the ER for a bronchial infection + asthma = Inability to properly breathe. They kept him on surveillance with lots of meds for 24 hours. He is out of the hospital, but still recovering. Since he is on steroids and has been acting wacky, we say he has "roid rage." haha

Needless to say, we are all a little TIRED! Hoping everyone else's New Year was a little less stressful!

Christmas 2011!

I can't believe it's been so long since the last post. Time escapes me!

Christmas was great. Celebrated with Gigi & PapPap. Matthew and Nathan were HUGE into Santa this year, so it was extra special. They were good boys, so they made out well.

Matthew loves being in the kitchen (as well as using his barbeque grill!) However, his speciality is Gigi's "whoopi cakes."

And Nathan loves talking about "ho ho ho."

Sunday Movie Night

At least twice a month, we try to do a Family Movie Night. Lately, it's been Toy Story. But next up is Finding Nemo.

This past weekend, we even picked up a bucket of popcorn from the local movie theater. I don't know what Matthew loves more - the movie or the treats!

Paul's 35th Birthday

Paul's birthday weekend was golf fun and some dinner with friends. His actual birthday (that Monday) proved to be a pretty long day at work. So although his birthday celebration was a little quiet - with the kids in bed - we still enjoyed some pizza, cake and a nice glass of wine.
