Photos: AT HOME

Photos: PRINCETON

Here are the family photos of Princeton I promised to post a few weeks ago. It got pretty busy, so I didn't get around to it. We think it really captures the beauty of campus.

1st Snow of Year!

First snow of the year and we are supposed to get upwards of 12 inches! Had a great day outside today. Its always so nice to see the first snowfall of the year (even if it's a massive dumping!)

Merry Christmas everyone. Hope to get the Christmas pics up this week!

Just Because..

Not a whole lot to report this week. I do so many posts on Matthew, just because he's so active and into things nowadays. So here's a post just for Nathan.

Check back in tomorrow- Ill post more of our professional family photos that were taken in Princeton :)

Matthew at 16? I can see it now......

Matthew and his friend Ava were hanging out in Daddy's car today giggling as they blasted the radio. A small little glimpse into the life of a teenager!

Amazing weather, once again. Temperatures have been holding on to the high 30s, low 40s - great for running.

We had a busy weekend. Date night last night, massages for both of us, and getting the house ready for Santa! Stay tuned for pictures of the house and tree :)

Happy Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving started off with our 5K Turkey Trot. The boys came out to support us, while Monica (their babysitter) waited with them near the finish line. The run was a cross country course with lots of grassy ditches, mud puddles, loose debris and loads of fun! We felt like we were running a steeple chase with a pack of wild turkeys (about 300 others).

Afterwards, we came home and watched the Macy's Day parade. Matthew really appreciated all the balloon floats this year.

While the boys napped, Paul popped in the turkey while I made the sides.

Needless to say, we are still full!! Although Matthew didn't take much to the dinner, Molly is still high on tryptophan ;)   (4th picture down, can you spot molly?)

Miss Amy

Matthew enjoys going to see Miss Amy - one active lady who keeps kids "fit" through dancing and fun exercise. This was the first time Nathan, too, was able to enjoy a little bit of the chaos!

Also - Matt showing off his hockey skills with his friend Max who lives two houses down. I don't think there is any other sport Matthew loves more than hockey. The two of them love to take over the culdesac!

Matthew's First Science Experiment

This is Matthew's first science experiment: Bath tub fizzies! By combining two colors (or fizzies) he is making a whole new color! This one was yellow and blue to make green. He loves it!

Birdhouse and Pumpkin Grilled Cheese

Another gorgeous day in Princeton! 65 degrees and sunny.

Today Matthew and I made a birdhouse from pinecone, peanut butter, and bird seed. So far, no takers, but we are keeping our eyes open!

Afterwards, we went to Whole Foods and the toddler chefs made Grilled Cheese in the shape of a pumpkin, and a veggie bouquet (which only the adults enjoyed..)

And lastly, Nathan has his two teeth just starting to come to the surface and he is Obsessed (and that's a capital O) with toys! I've learned not to take anything away from him while he's playing with it!!

Beautiful Fall Day at Park

We really love having access to such a big, beautiful park near our home. This time of year is especially beautiful. I always feel so rejuvenated after spending time at this marina.

On another note, Matt has traded puddle jumping for rock skipping ;)
